core issue of copyright infringement. If a generative AI tool learns from art, literature, or music that is still protected under copyright law, any output it generates could inadvertently infringe on those rights. For instance, if tools like 
Midjourney generate images heavily inspired by the works of established artists, it raises questions about 
derivative works and anyone’s right to compensation (
